The eleventh course I've taken in my Digital Marketing Masters at Full Sail University is Digital Marketing and the Law. In this course, I created a Copyrights Podcast Episode, SPAM Recorded Presentation, Privacy Policy Document, and a Terms of Use YouTube Video.

Additionally, I participated in four discussion boards where I was able to contribute to meaningful conversations amongst my peers about a Defamation, Cyber Crimes, Privacy, and Artificial Intelligence.

I will be reflecting on the element from this course that corresponds with the legal topic covered in the final paper of this program:

Legal Analysis and Considerations

In each assignment and discussion board post, I was able to identify, discuss, and address potential legal issues that could occur as a result of faulty marketing tactics. With the rise of AI tools in the Digital Marketing landscape, I learned about past and current lawsuits related to the topic, including how these issues have occurred, why, and steps to take in order to avoid future legal troubles.

This month's coursework has helped me formulate a vital element for my final paper, a comprehensive digital marketing plan for Baldur's Gate 3, by giving me a greater understanding of legal marketing tactics through the creation of presentations, videos, documentation, and discussions. I learned about many legal terms that I had no knowledge of prior to taking this course, as a result, deepening my knowledge in the legal aspect of marketing overall.

As I enter the final course of the Digital Marketing Masters program at Full Sail University, I will be filling in missing elements to various sections on my Digital Marketing Plan for Baldur's Gate 3.
