The fourth course taken in my Digital Marketing Masters at Full Sail University is Consumer Behavior and Analysis. In this course, I created a Customer Persona Presentation, a short paper on Digital Marketing Strategies, a short paper on AI & Marketing, and a short paper on User-Generated Marketing.
Additionally, I participated in four discussion boards where I was able to contribute to meaningful conversations amongst my peers about, Copywriting, Video Content Creation, Behavioral & Contextual Targeting, and Consumer Survey Creation.
I will be reflecting on the elements from this course that correspond with some of the topics covered in the final project of the program:
Organizational Background In the AI & Marketing short paper, I gave a brief overview of my case study company, Baldur's Gate 3, and the product (the game itself) located in the first section.
Organizational Brief
This is a component that I will be doing additional research independently and closer to graduation. I already have a rough idea of the challenges that the games industry faces currently without dedicated research, notably the industry layoffs across big tech and games.
Customer Analysis
In the Digital Marketing Strategies short paper, I created a graphic of a buyer persona for Baldur's Gate 3 through Canva using research on D&D and the game itself.

In general, this month's coursework has helped me formulate multiple elements (Organizational Background & Customer Analysis) for my final project, a comprehensive digital marketing plan for Baldur's Gate 3, by giving me a greater understanding of a customer's behavior through thorough analysis. Previously, I had learned the basics of this topic through work, internships, and my Entertainment Business bachelor. However, this course was more comprehensive, with a heavy focus on the customer's perspective in every assignment. As I progress through the Digital Marketing Masters program at Full Sail University, I will be filling in missing elements to various sections on my Digital Marketing Plan for Baldur's Gate 3.
